Shipping Flight Schedule

The flight/voyage schedule is updated weekly and provided by the shipping company for reference only.
Due to many uncontrollable factors (such as severe weather, customs inspections, or unexpected incidents), the actual departure time is subject to the shipping company.
Total transit time = Sea/Air transit time + Estimated door-to-door delivery time within Australia after local sorting.

Definition of Transit Time

The transit time refers to the actual transportation duration of the cargo while in motion, starting from the vessel’s departure from the port or the aircraft’s take-off. Customs inspections, clearance, and other regulatory procedures are not included in this transit time. Below is a detailed explanation of each stage:

1. Cargo Arrival at Our China Warehouse

Upon arrival, we will scan and verify the actual dimensions and weight of your cargo and provide them for your confirmation.
After your confirmation, we will arrange the cargo on the next day according to the selected transportation method, loading it into a sea freight container or an air freight pallet, and then transport it to the designated port/airport for loading.

Estimated time:
1 working day to arrange transportation.

Special notes:
1. Unexpected events such as typhoons, severe weather, temporary port/airport adjustments, or peak-season congestion may temporarily delay loading.
2. Such delays are considered force majeure, and we will prioritize your shipment once conditions allow.

2. China Customs Inspection (Before Loading)

Before loading, Chinese Customs uses large-scale X-ray machines to inspect containers and air pallets to ensure no export-prohibited or suspicious goods are present and that weight limits are not exceeded.
If cleared, the container or pallet will be loaded onto the vessel or aircraft.
Customs may also conduct random manual inspections, unloading cartons and verifying them against the declaration documents.

Estimated time:
Cargo departs according to the vessel/flight schedule once cleared.

Customs Manual Inspection (images for reference only, with no adverse impact or implication)

Special notes:
1. Each container and air cargo pallet has a maximum load capacity. Within this maximum capacity, the containers and pallets can be safely and securely fixed onto ships and aircraft. If the maximum load capacity is exceeded, the containers and pallets may not withstand the pressure and turbulence during transportation, which can lead to serious safety incidents such as container deformation or pallet breakage. Some freight forwarders, driven by profit, may take risks by underreporting or concealing the actual weight.
2. Even if the X-ray scan does not reveal any issues, customs authorities regularly conduct random manual inspections of containers and air pallets. During such inspections, customs will move the selected containers or pallets to their inspection warehouse, unpack the goods box by box, place them on the floor, and cross-check them against the import and export declarations. This ensures that prohibited items not detectable by X-ray scans are not concealed within shipments and that exporters have not made false declarations.
3. Since the duration of a customs manual inspection cannot be predicted, any cargo selected for inspection can only continue on the next available vessel or flight after clearance is granted. Once released, we will give priority to arranging delivery of this batch of cargo to our clients. In rare cases, customs may conduct a second inspection, meaning the goods, even after clearance, could be recalled for further examination.

3. Vessel Departure / Aircraft Take-off

Once cleared, the vessel or aircraft departs, officially starting the transit period.
Vessels typically dock at Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth ports, while aircraft land at Sydney International Airport.

Estimated time:
Sea freight: 12–18 days average sailing.
Air freight (express): 2–5 days average flight.
Air freight (Economy): 8-15 days average flight.

 Loading in Progress

Loading in Progress

Special notes:
1. Typhoons, port congestion, or peak-season adjustments may delay arrival.
2. For ports with fewer departures (e.g., Perth), cargo may be routed via Sydney for faster delivery.

4. Arrival at Australian Border – Customs Clearance

Upon arrival, cargo cannot be extracted immediately.
Australian Customs conducts import checks to prevent prohibited items from entering and to verify against import declarations.

Estimated time: 2–7 working days if no issues arise.

Special notes:
1. Random manual inspections are also possible, with similar procedures as in China (cartons unloaded, placed on the floor, and checked against paperwork).
2. Such inspections are unpredictable in duration.
3. Some items that are legal for export from China may be prohibited for import in Australia (e.g., e-cigarettes). Compliance with Australian law is mandatory.
4. Secondary inspections are possible in rare cases.

5. Extraction & Sorting at Our Australian Warehouse

Once released by Customs, we retrieve the container or air pallet and deliver it to our nearest warehouse.
Goods are unloaded and sorted by recipient street address.

Estimated time: 2–7 working days for unloading and sorting.

Special notes:
1. As with earlier stages, severe weather, port adjustments, or peak-season congestion may cause temporary delays.
2. Priority handling is applied in such cases.

6. Final Delivery to Door

After sorting, parcels are handed over to last-mile delivery partners such as Australia Post, Allied Express, or Toll Global Express (DPEX).
If the delivery address falls within our truck delivery network, our own truck team will deliver directly to your door.

Estimated time: 2–7 working days on average.

Special notes:
1. Local conditions (weather, traffic accidents, road restrictions) may cause delays, which are treated as force majeure.
