Unloading by Consignee	If it is declared before transportation that the consignee has the capability to unload by themselves, the tail lift truck service fee or crane unloading service can be waived. However, if unloading cannot be completed smoothly, any additional costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
Truck-Network Delivery Address Exemption Policy	Customers within our Truck-Network delivery zone (You can verify eligibility by entering your ZIP/postal code on our website), Customers are eligible for a waiver of the oversize and overweight surcharge. To qualify for the surcharge waiver, a single package must meet both of the following conditions: Dimensions do not exceed 220cm × 180cm × 150cm and Weight is 800kg or less.

	Shipping costs vary depending on the product type, as different goods are subject to different tax rates and transportation requirements. Any goods seized and confiscated by customs during inspection will not be compensated; our company assumes no liability, and any resulting costs shall be borne by the customer. Some goods are strictly regulated by customs. Please check with Australian Customs to confirm whether your product is eligible for import and whether it is subject to anti-dumping duties. Any such duties and related expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

If Customs Explicitly Requests Unpacking, Inspection And Destruction Fees Will Apply. All Charges Are To Be Paid By The Customer.
Low-Value Inspection (EMPP)	70 USD	EMPP inspection requires submission of a purchase contract and proof of payment.
AQIS Inspection	Reimbursement Based on Actual Expenses	Inspection by Australian AQIS biosecurity authorities at designated locations, charges are actual cost incurred.
Address Change	\	Once the delivery address is confirmed, it cannot be changed. In import and export transportation, once the delivery address of the goods is modified, customs may strongly suspect the shipment of attempting to evade regulations or containing prohibited items. Such shipments can be blacklisted, leading to seizure, confiscation, or fines. Customs may also partially detain or open the goods for random inspection, resulting in unpredictable transit times and no possibility of compensation.
Fragile or High-Value Items	\	We strongly recommend that customers purchase insurance independently for such items. Our company does not provide insurance brokerage services and accepts no liability for any losses. For fragile or high-value products, it is impossible to guarantee whether damage is caused by transportation, by the nature of the goods themselves, or by a combination of both. Therefore, international logistics services do not include damage insurance or compensation for damage. Customers are advised to secure such insurance on their own. We can only ensure relatively safe and stable transportation, but cannot provide a 100% guarantee (e.g., in cases of severe weather, customs inspections, and other uncontrollable factors).
Other Fees	Reimbursement Based on Actual Expenses	A series of charges incurred due to customs or recipient-related issues. Actual invoices will be provided, and reimbursement will be based on actual costs.
Please note: The above-listed charges are all for other types of expenses not caused by our services; all such costs must be borne and paid by the client. Fees related to customs, government authorities, or other such entities are considered force majeure. Simply provide your suppliers with our warehouse address, and they can send the goods to us. We will collect all your items, and once everything arrives, we will consolidate them and ship them together. This helps avoid separate shipments and significantly reduces transportation costs.
E-commerce Seller Fulfillment	Fee	If you are an e-commerce seller who needs to purchase products from China and ship them to customers in Australia, we offer a free dropshipping service. You can send your goods to our China warehouse for storage. Whenever you receive a new order in your store that requires shipping, simply provide the buyer’s delivery address, and we will arrange transportation and door-to-door delivery for you. You only need to pay a small shipping fee.
Unpacking and Counting Products	3 USD	If you wish to inspect the products before shipment or ensure that no items are missing from your suppliers, you can opt for this service. We will assign additional staff to check and take simple photos of the goods for you, ensuring that the products provided by the supplier meet your expectations. This helps prevent the issue of being unable to return or exchange goods once they arrive in Australia.
Bubble Wrap Bag	1 USD	Small bubble packaging bags are a protective packaging material designed for smaller items, made with internal bubble cushioning. They can be customized according to requirements and are particularly suitable for shipping small items, effectively reducing wear and tear during transportation. However, they do not completely eliminate risks and are not suitable for fragile items.
New Box Replacement	5 USD	Due to some customers’ shipments arriving at our warehouse with damaged outer cartons or packaging that does not meet shipping standards, there is a risk of product damage or loss during transportation if not replaced in time. Therefore, we offer a repacking service. We will customize a carton based on the dimensions of your goods.
China Warehousing Service	9.9 USD / Month	If you’re unsure about the production cycle of your supplier’s products or if you want to delay shipment due to travel, we offer a free 30-day storage service. Starting from the 31st day, a storage fee of 9.9 USD per Month will be charged. For warehousing over 3 CBM, please inquire separately. *Free within 30 days
Collision-Resistant Material Filling	1.9 USD	If you wish to further protect your products and reduce the risk of damage during transit, we offer foam and anti-collision sponge filling services. Please note that while this service helps reduce risk, it cannot completely eliminate it.
Wooden box protective packaging	45 USD / CBM	If you feel that cardboard packaging is not safe for shipping your products, we offer wooden crate packaging services. This is one of the most globally recognized and effective methods for protecting goods during transit. *Minimum charge 45 USD
Wooden frame protective packaging	38 USD / CBM	If you need packaging sturdier than cardboard boxes but don’t want to incur the additional shipping costs of heavy wooden crates, wooden frame packaging is a good compromise. It offers protection that is second only to wooden crate packaging. *Minimum charge 38 USD
Palletized Shipping	30 USD / Pallet	If you have multiple oversized or overweight boxes, using a pallet can reduce costs. In international shipping, a pallet is considered one unit, avoiding individual box fees. The standard pallet size is 120×120 cm, with a height limit of 240 cm and a maximum load of 950 kg. Exceeding this requires multiple pallets.
Forklift Skid Support	8 USD / Skid	For shipments in wooden crates or frames, or for oversized or overweight cargo:The crate or skid must have at least 10cm (≈4″) of under-clearance (“forklift legs”) so the forklift tines can slide underneath properly, without this, handling is impossible.A 10cm height clearance ensures forklift tines can effortlessly slide under and lift the load. Each item must be supported by three skid legs to prevent tipping and evenly distribute weight, ensuring the forklift can move the cargo smoothly and stably, thereby achieving reliable transportation. *Minimum of 3 skid supports required per crate/item
Fumigation For Solid Wood Products	30 USD / CBM	If the goods contain solid wood components, the supplier must carry out fumigation and provide a fumigation certificate to customs. This is necessary to prevent microorganisms from entering and damaging the environment in Australia. If your supplier does not provide fumigation services, we can offer fumigation treatment services that comply with customs regulations. *Minimum charge 30 USD; Maximum charge 120 USD
Labeling Service	0.2 USD / Item	If you are an Amazon seller, your goods need to have Amazon FBA labels affixed before being sent to the Amazon warehouse. If you forget to ask your supplier to apply the labels, you can provide us with the Amazon label PDF file, and we will apply the labels to your goods.

Transportation is from the Queen Logistics warehouse to the recipient’s address. Pickup from the sender’s address is not included. For pickup services, please consult your sales advisor to add value-added services.
Transit time is based on working days, starting from the shipping flight departure. It does not include the day of receipt, weekends, or holidays, and actual delivery time applies.
Delivery time may vary by destination. Remote or suburban areas may require an additional 1–7 working days.
Transit times do not account for customs holds, inspections, or other uncontrollable delays.
Oversized shipments may require additional handling capacity, potentially extending transit by 1–3 working days.
Transit times assume complete customs documentation, compliance with import/export regulations, and no flight delays. Exceptional cases such as self-deductions or customs holds are not included.
To minimize customs risks caused by incomplete or incorrect sender/recipient information, item descriptions, or declared value, all sender/recipient information must be accurate. Item descriptions must include material and purpose, and declared values must be truthful. Any inspection delays or related fees caused by non-compliance will be charged to the sender or recipient. If all standards are met, there is no need for concern.
The process is the same for individual and corporate clients.
Actual shipment data will be confirmed after goods arrive at the Queen Logistics warehouse and are scanned.
